Let’s Shine a Light on NF 2020
In association with our friends in the United States, the Children’s Tumor Foundation, we are excited to announce the return of the “Shine A Light on NF” campaign to raise awareness for Neurofibromatosis by lighting up landmarks and buildings on World Neurofibromatosis Awareness Day – May 17th.
Unfortunately, the Corona lock down makes it impossible to set well-known sights and large buildings their lights to shine in the NF colors green and blue. That´s why we encourage people to organize their own Shine A Light at home.
Help us to draw attention to the rare tumor risk syndromes NF1, NF2 and Schwannomatosis this May! Simply invite family, friends, neighbors, colleagues and everyone else to the “Shine a Light on NF” Facebook-Event. When enough people participate, our message spreads around the whole world like a swarm and NF becomes a topic of conversation.
